Overview

This website is operated by Bijoux Beirut. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bijoux Beirut. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Using the store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with its security or normal operation.

Products

Our pieces are 18K gold plated on stainless steel. Because pieces are photographed under studio lighting and screens vary, the colour of an item may look slightly different in a photo than in person. This is normal and is not a defect.

We do our best to keep product descriptions, images and availability accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is free of error. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown and charged in Saudi Riyals (SAR). If your device shows prices in another currency, that figure is an approximate conversion for guidance only; your payment will be taken in SAR at checkout, and your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby and Tamara. Payments made through Tabby or Tamara are also subject to those providers’ own terms and approval.

Prices may change at any time before you place an order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, refunding you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where the same offer has been used repeatedly in a way it was not intended for. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Bundles, offers and discount codes

Bundle pricing applies to the complete set as offered and cannot be split across separate orders. Unless we state otherwise, bundle pricing and promotional offers cannot be combined with other discount codes. Offers run for the period advertised and may be withdrawn or changed at any time before an order is placed. Returns on bundles are covered in our Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery and returns

Delivery destinations, costs and timelines are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your right to return, our refund process and the Lifetime Colour Warranty are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, product photography, text, logos and the Bijoux Beirut name — belongs to Bijoux Beirut or is used with permission, and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bijoux Beirut is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights, or our liability for a faulty product.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
