Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order. No minimum.

We deliver to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman.

Delivery times and cost

Saudi orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Riyadh.

Order cut-off

Orders placed before 4:00 PM UAE time begin processing the same working day. Orders placed after cut-off, on Sundays, or on public holidays begin processing the next working day.

Processing time

Processing takes 1 to 2 business days and covers checking, packing and handover to the courier. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by SMS and email, sent to the contact details you entered at checkout.

Customs and duties

Any customs duties applicable to GCC deliveries are covered by Bijoux Beirut. You will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

About our estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. They can shift during sale periods, public holidays and peak seasons, or because of courier delays, weather, road closures and other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery address

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive because incorrect delivery details were entered at the time of purchase.

If your order does not arrive

Every order is guaranteed. If an order is not received due to circumstances beyond our control, we will arrange a replacement and ship it to the original delivery address on the order. Just contact us and we will sort it out.
