If you are writing about an existing order, please include your order number and, where relevant, a photo. That lets us resolve it in one reply instead of three.

Common questions

• Where is my order? Your tracking link is sent by SMS and email as soon as your order is dispatched. Delivery timelines are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• I want to return something. You have 30 days from delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for how to start.
• The colour on my piece has faded. That is covered by our Lifetime Colour Warranty. Email us your order number and a photo and we will send a replacement free of charge.
