At Bijoux Beirut, we believe jewellery should feel effortless , easy to order, easy to receive, and ready to wear.

We design culturally inspired, everyday pieces that move with your life (work, weekends, and everything in between), and we ship with the same intention.

This policy applies to deliveries within the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).

Below are our current delivery options. Final shipping rates, any discounts, and applicable taxes are always calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email and your order will start processing. Processing typically includes checking, packing, and dispatch preparation.

 

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking update via SMS and/or email (based on the contact details you entered at checkout).

Customs, Duties & Taxes (GCC)

For GCC deliveries, customs duties and taxes depend on your country’s import rules and may be:

  • Included at checkout, or
  • Requested by the courier upon delivery.

Any such charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout.
If an address is entered incorrectly, we are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

 

Delivery Guarantee (Lost / Not Received)

All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If an order is not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be arranged and shipped to the original shipping address on the order.
